But our most fundamental activity is a three-times-a-week facilitated discussion group.

The meeting provides a forum for people of all colors to talk and get to know each other in an informal setting.

ERACE meetings are not just rap sessions; they are focused conversations that encourage an open, critical exchange of ideas. The point of the discussions is not to agree about everything nor to reach definitive consensus on each topic. Rather, the objective is to provide common ground and understanding of other people's ideas and feelings as we move toward our goal: Eracism.
